Bodhi Methods
Somatic Movement • Structural Integration • Conscious Practice
An advanced training designed for practitioners who already have experience with Pilates and want to deepen their understanding of the apparatus.
This program explores the intelligence of the Pilates apparatus through carefully designed sequences that reveal how the body organizes movement. Rather than focusing on memorizing exercises, participants learn to see the apparatus as a precision tool for restoring balance, coordination, and postural organization.
The training is structured around 5 Clinical Movement Lenses, each addressing dominant postural patterns commonly seen in modern bodies:
• Spinal Decompression
• Shoulder Integration
• Pelvic & Hip Organization
• Fascial Movement Chains
• Whole-Body Coordination
Participants will work across Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels, experiencing how the apparatus functions as an integrated system.
Designed for experienced practitioners and movement professionals who want to refine their practice and develop deeper movement awareness.
Pilates Apparatus includes:
Reformer
Tower / Cadillac
Chair / Barrels
