PILATESPROP®️
The inspiration behind Pilatesprop stems from the personal experience of Dharak (Bo), who practiced Pilates after giving birth and discovered the strength of her body, developed a deeper awareness of its intricacies, lost weight, became more toned, and recovered from neck and back pain. Bo began teaching Pilates as a hobby in 2011. At that time, Pilates equipment was very expensive and not widely known in Thailand. She started searching for manufacturers, visited factories, and designed products tailored to her needs. By 2012, she had begun importing Pilates equipment with the goal of providing Thai people with high-quality, standard-compliant equipment at affordable prices.
PhysicalMind Institute designed Teacher Training materials created in 1991 by TheMethodPilates®
Bo, through self-practice and extensive study of resources published by the PhysicalMind Institute, has fully recovered from sciatic pain and quickly recovered from a C-section after giving birth to her third child. This experience inspired her to share her valuable knowledge and experiences with friends and family, empowering them to take care of themselves and their loved ones. Seeking permission to conduct training programs, Bo reached out to the PhysicalMind Institute®️ in the United States. She was honored to receive official certification from Joan Breibart, the institute’s Director and founder, which allowed her to organize professional training sessions in Thailand.
Bo has drawn inspiration from those around her who have healed from various conditions and developed a deep interest in therapeutic sciences. She pursued further studies in anatomy, touch therapy, psychology, and counseling from leading international organizations in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
