APPARATUS INTEGRATION
By PILATESPROP®

A clinical and movement-based approach integrating Pilates apparatus training, fascial understanding, and Structural Integration principles.
Developed by Bo Dharak, graduate of Anatomy Trains Structural Integration, this work bridges intelligent movement education with hands-on therapeutic practice.
Apparatus Integration combines body reading, touch, anatomy, and precision-based apparatus training to support more organized movement, postural awareness, and functional adaptability.
Rather than focusing solely on exercise performance, the approach considers the body as an interconnected system — where structure, breath, tension patterns, and movement behaviors continuously influence one another.

THE APPROACH

This method integrates:
– Pilates apparatus as a therapeutic movement interface
– Fascial relationships and Anatomy Trains concepts
– Structural Integration principles and body reading
– Clinical observation and individualized movement strategies
– Touch-based communication and movement education
Each session is designed to meet the individual body in front of us — not through a fixed exercise template, but through observation, assessment, and responsive application.

PRIVATE CLINICAL SESSIONS

1:1 sessions may include:
– Pilates apparatus-based movement training
– Structural Integration bodywork
– Fascial and postural assessment
– Guided movement re-education
– Breath and coordination strategies

Depending on individual needs, sessions may be experienced as:
• Single therapeutic sessions
• 3-Series focused structural support
• 12-Series Structural Integration progression

Suitable for:
– Postural and movement imbalances
– Persistent tension and compensation patterns
– Movement professionals seeking refinement
– Clients wanting a more integrated approach to movement and body care
– Individuals seeking greater body awareness and functional support

PROFESSIONAL WORKSHOPS

Apparatus Integration also offers introductory workshops for movement professionals, Pilates instructors, therapists, and bodyworkers.
These workshops explore:
– Anatomy Trains concepts in movement practice
– Practical body reading and observation skills
– Fascial relationships and movement strategies
– The role of touch in movement education
– Integrating anatomy-informed thinking into apparatus work

Designed as an educational and collaborative learning environment, the workshops encourage professionals to expand both technical understanding and personal embodiment.

This training is not centered on choreography.
It is centered on perception.
