When you come to work with me, we begin with you—your body, your stage of life, and what you truly need right now.
I don’t teach movement as a fixed method. I listen, observe, and design each session around how your body responds. My approach blends Pilates with ATSI integration, bone-supportive strength work, and intuitive guidance—so you feel safe, supported, and progressively stronger over time.

We always begin with a personal assessment. I take time to understand your posture, your movement patterns, and what your body is asking for. From there, I create a program that evolves with you.
