The Training Experience:
Apparatus: Precision training on Artistry® TWS, MVe® Reformer, and the exclusive MVe® Chair.

The "Flow" Protocol: Master the art of transitions to keep heart rates up and equipment adjustments down.

Athletic Sequencing: Move beyond foundational moves into strength, balance, and high-intensity intervals.

Instructional Dialogue: Professional cueing scripts in both Thai and English to prepare you for international studio standards.

Schedule Structure:
Day 1 & 2: Reformer Group Dynamics, Spring Management, and Multi-Level Sequencing.
Day 3: MVe® Chair Athletics & Hybrid Circuit Integration (Rooftop Training available).

Certification:

Dual Certificate: Pilates Reformer & MVe® Chair Group Instructor (Digital). Qualification for immediate placement in fitness clubs and boutique group studios
