Pilates Apparatus
Reformer Exercises (Universal Reformer system)
Chair and Cadillac Exercises 
 Workout programs I,II,III (beginner-intermediate-advanced)
Private setting orientation 
Sequencing and class planning

Post training Requirements:
30 Hours of teaching practice 

PMI Certification Requirements: 
-75 Hours of Assisted Teaching/Student Teaching with Qualified Teacher Trainer
- 48 Hours Observation 
- 60 Self Practice Hours (all Apparatus alone or with another trainee)

Post training recommendation:
-50 Hours of Practice Teaching (minimum of 2 clients teaching a combination of classes with All Apparatus)
-50 Hours of Classes/Sessions using All Apparatus with Qualified Teacher Trainer

Personalized  training schedule and monthly group training sessions are available

Chair -8 essential exercises modifications and variations
Adjustment and hands in skills 

Training Certification of 
"Pilates Apparatus" will be given once completed training
