PILATESPROP® APPARATUS INTEGRATION™
Personalized movement education for self-practice and professional development.
Apparatus Integration™ brings together Pilates apparatus, movement observation and individualized programming to help you understand how your body moves—and how the apparatus can support it more intelligently.
The program can be experienced in two ways: as a personalized self-practice program for Pilates enthusiasts who want guidance specific to their own body and movement goals, or as advanced professional development for movement professionals who want to strengthen their observation, exercise selection, sequencing and individualized programming skills.
Understand the body. Integrate the apparatus. Transform your practice.
The Framework of Apparatus Integration™ connects three essential areas:
Body Orientation • Pilates Apparatus • Movement Science
Inspired by Anatomy Trains® concepts and contemporary movement science, the program explores how posture, breathing, fascial relationships, stability and whole-body coordination influence movement.
Rather than focusing only on exercise repertoire, you learn to recognize postural patterns, movement relationships, compensations and individual strategies, then use those observations to create more purposeful apparatus practice.
Your Learning Experience may be taken as a 2-Day Immersion Workshop or an 8-2hrs Session Personalized Program.

For Movement Professionals
For instructors and movement professionals, Moving in Connection — 1 Day | ฿8,888 is recommended as an introduction to the observational framework behind Apparatus Integration™.
The course introduces how we reference selected Anatomy Trains® lines—SBL • SFL • LL • DFL • FL—when observing whole-body relationships and translating those observations into movement and apparatus programming.
The professional pathway is particularly valuable for instructors who want to move beyond simply delivering repertoire and develop a more individualized, observation-led approach, including those interested in progressing toward higher-intensity “Pilates Meets Strength” programming while maintaining Pilates principles of precision and control.
One Program. Two Purposes.
For Personal Practice — Understand your own posture and movement patterns, receive individualized apparatus guidance and develop a self-practice program suited to your goals.
For Professional Development — Refine observation, movement analysis, apparatus selection, sequencing and individualized program design to enhance your existing professional skills.
From posture to performance, the apparatus becomes a tool for understanding the individual—not simply performing exercises.
Pilatesprop® Apparatus Integration™ is an independent educational program informed by continuing studies in Anatomy Trains®, Anatomy Trains for Performance and contemporary movement science. It is not an official Anatomy Trains® curriculum or certification.
