Module I — Posture & Poise™

Therapeutic Movement Through Apparatus Integration
Understand alignment. Restore movement options. Move with greater ease.

3 Days: introduce the therapeutic side of Apparatus Integration™, highlighting body alignment, postural control, breathing, somatic awareness and movement organisation.

The primary movement perspectives are:
SBL • SFL • LL

Participants explore how the Tower/Cadillac, Barrels and therapeutic bodywork can be thoughtfully combined to support mobility, postural organisation and more efficient movement.

Key Areas of Exploration

Postural observation and body alignment
Superficial Back Line, Superficial Front Line and Lateral Line
Breath & Somatic Movement
Pelvic movement and organisation
Integrated whole-body movement
Spinal mobility and postural control
Tower/Cadillac applications
Barrel applications
Therapeutic touch and bodywork concepts
Individualised exercise selection and sequencing
The emphasis is not on creating a single “perfect posture.” Participants learn to recognise individual movement strategies and explore appropriate ways to support balance, adaptability and ease of movement.
