FASCIAL FLOW TOUCH™
Women’s Self-Care Through Touch & Movement
2-Day Practical Hands-On Workshop |16 Hours
MOVEMENT EDUCATION & SELF-CARE FOR WOMEN
A Two-Day Journey Through Movement • Fascia • Touch • Women’s Anatomy
A practical, experiential 2-day Movement Education and Self-Care Workshop created for women at different stages of life—from early adulthood and motherhood to perimenopause, menopause, and healthy ageing.
The program combines accessible education about the female body with somatic movement, self-myofascial release, exercise, sensory touch, and practical self-care techniques. Participants learn through their own bodies and leave with simple practices they can continue at home.
No previous Pilates, yoga, or bodywork experience is required.
DAY 1 — SOMA-SMR™
Somatic Movement • Self-Myofascial Release
Sense • Release • Move
Day 1 develops body awareness through Soma-SMR™, combining somatic movement with self-myofascial release and functional movement.
Participants explore how breath, fascia, joints, muscles, posture, and movement habits interact, with particular attention to areas commonly affected by lifestyle and changes across a woman’s life.
Knowledge & Practice
Introduction to fascia and myofascial continuity
Female anatomy and changing movement needs
Breath, sensation and somatic awareness
Self-myofascial release principles and safe pressure
Pelvis, hips and pelvic-floor awareness
Lower-back mobility and support

Creating a practical Soma-SMR™ home sequence
The aim: learn how to sense your body, release unnecessary tension, restore movement options, and develop a self-practice appropriate to your own needs.
DAY 2 — FASCIAL FLOW TOUCH™
Sensory Touch • Face & Body Self-Care
Touch • Lift • Flow • Reconnect
Day 2 moves from movement into touch. Fascial Flow Touch™ introduces gentle, non-invasive self-touch and partner-practice techniques for exploring the superficial tissues, sensory awareness, comfort and relaxation.
Special attention is given to self-care for the face and areas of the body that may feel different with ageing and hormonal transitions.

Basic anatomy of the face and body
Gentle touch techniques for facial self-care
Fascial Lift™ inspired face-touch sequences

One Body. Two Approaches.
Together, the two days create a practical personal-development experience: understand the body, experience it through movement, explore it through touch, and take the practice home.
