Our Hybrid program is a combination of 12 sessions online live training and mentorship and In-person 5 days residential retreat with lead trainers at our Rayong retreat center. Course fee: USD980
Aptus Methods is a science based educational program that offers self learning resources from recognized publications.
We provides students with support and live online mentorship program.
Each of our online mentoring includes
• Guided yoga asana classes tailored to the learner.
• Guided meditations – live one-on-one or small group
• Discussion and explanations on the subjects
5 Days residential retreat includes
• Accommodation: Loft room style queen size bed and a living area with daybed, A/C and warm shower
• 2 meals a day
• other activities includes beach yoga, biking, and sightseeing
Daily schedule:
7:00 - 8:00 Sun rise practice
9:00 - 12:00 Lectures and discussions
12:00 -14:00 Lunch break
14:00 -16:00 Techniques and practices
18:00 - 20:00 Mindfulness/Sound bath
*Silence observing after 21:00
